Concert Information:

  • Attendance is mandatory! Everyone plays an important role in our orchestra.

  • Concert Students must arrive at 2:15pm, Symphony Students at 2:45pm for dress rehearsal.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR DRINK allowed on stage!  Performers, please act with utmost respect and decorum.  Respect all property, especially when you are backstage.

  • All students and parent volunteers must help move needed equipment to and from the church for all orchestra concerts.   

  • Support your peers! You are expected to stay and watch your colleagues for the entire program. 

  • Proper Concert Attire is required*:

Concert Attire

Proper concert attire is required for all concerts and special event performances unless advised otherwise by the Music Director.

  • All String Orchestra members:

    • White dress shirt, blouse or turtleneck

    • Black dressy pants (no jeans) or long (mid-calf/ankle length) skirt

    • Black socks only

    • Black dress shoes (no athletic shoes)

  • Symphony Ladies:

    • Long black dress or black long sleeve blouse

    • Long (hits mid-calf) skirt

    • Black hosiery only (no bare legs)

    • Black dress shoes (no sandals, thongs or strap shoes)

    • Modest hairstyle pulled back away from your face, please.

  •     Symphony Men:

    • Full black suit

    • White shirt

    • Long black tie

    • Black socks only

    • Black dress shoes (no athletic shoes)
